1.本公司产品勿需加入硅油调节软硬度和流动性，用户若需比上述牌号 软或流动性 的产品，请与本公司联系提供。我们不 添加硅油，对于软模或者是花纹非常精细的产品，一般硅油添加比例也只在5%-10%。

固化剂添加比例及反应：
1、添加3-5％固化剂,有30分钟可操作时间（室温下），4-8小时模具即可完全固化。
2、硅胶和固化剂的混合比例是100:3-5.例如：100克硅胶，加入3-5克固化剂。固化剂按5%的比例，免费提供。用户若需操作时间 短或 长，原则上不要采取少加或多加固化剂的方法，应与本公司联系提供新配制的固化剂。
用户需知:
RTV-2模具硅胶也叫做双组分室温硫化硅橡胶；具有良好的流动行和好操作性．添加3%-5%的固化剂，30分钟内硅胶仍可以流动，需要4-8小时模具方可完全固化，一般模具放置24小时后再使用，此时模具各方面性能比较稳定，使用效果会 。做好的模具具有耐酸碱、耐老化、抗变形收缩率低、耐高温、抗力抗撕裂好等性能，广泛用于精致模具复制，树脂、波丽、石膏、蜡烛、手工香皂等模具制作。
